Objective:The purpose is to investigate the inhibitory effect of fusion suicide gene Fcy::Fur/5-Fluorocytosine therapies on the growth of the subcutaneous tumors transplanted with human ovarian cancer cell line HO-8910 in nude mice and its mechanisms.Methods:1. Build nude mice model: nude mice were subcutaneously implanted with HO-8910 cells or HO-8910-Fcy::Fur cells .2. When the diameter of the tumors was about 10mm,they were divided randomly into three groups. Control group was administered PBS by intraperitoneal injection; plasmid group received intratumoral injections of plasmid LZRS-Fcy::Fur, plasmid group and HO-8910-Fcy::Fur group were both administered 5-FC by intraperitoneal injection.
