Studies On The Naoxintong Pilule

Naoxintong consists of 16 kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs, including Paeonia Lactifiora, Radix salviae miltorrhizae,Radix Astragali, Angelica sinensis, ligusticum chuanxiong, Achyranthes bidentata, Semen persicae, Carthamus tinctorius, LBoswellia carterii, Myrrha, Spatholobus suberectus, Rammmulus cinnamomi, Ramulus mori, Lumbricus, Hirudo, Buthus martensii kirsch. The pilule is changed from its capsule. So we make a series of research,mainly including the preparative process, the quality standard , its stability, its pharmacology and toxicology.Firstly, mainly study the preparation of the raw material, extracte essiential oil from Radix salviae miltorrhizae, Radix salviae miltorrhizae, Angelica sinensis, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Boswellia carterii, Rammmulus cinnamomi and Myrrha by SFE. extracte active components from animal medicines by percolation method, then by means of water-alcohol method extract water-soluble constituents and remove some impurities, finally by spray-drying obtain the material of Naoxintong pilules.Secondly, establish the preparation procedure for Naoxingtong pilules. By orthogonal test, the optimized preparation procedure is determined as: keep the raw material/PEG4000(l:3) in the dropping pills-made device with temperature at 80℃, which is dropped in a cooler (15 ℃ ) through a dropper (internal/external dimeter5.5/7.5mm)at a speed of 45 drops per minute and at a 5cm dropping distance. Bpilot tests, a conclusion is drawn tha the prescription is feasible and the procedure is stable, controllable and carried out easily.Thirdly establish the quality standard of Naoxintong pilules, six kinds of herbs are identified by TLC. Paeoniflorin of Paeonia Lactifiora are determined by HPLC. After themethodology is tested, it is proved that the method is reliable, accurate and can be used for the quality of Naoxintong pilules.Then the stability of Naoxintong pilules is studied in different conditions. According to the technique guidance of Chinese medicines research, test the pilules mainly from the appearance, identification, the content of determination, the microbial limits and so on. the pilule is stable in the present testing period.Finally, studies on the pharmacology and toxicology of Naoxintong pilules are carried out. It is proved that Naoxintong pills are high effective and comparatively safe. Then review the clinical researchs of the Naoxintong capsule and summarize the result of the studies on Naoxintong pills .
