The Experimental Research Of The Effect Of Xintongling Pill On Myocardial Ischemia Reperfusion Injury In Rabbits

Objective: To ivestigate the effects of xintongling pill(XTLP) on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rabbits,and the treaeting principle of MIRI in TCM.Methods: Myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury models were established by the ligation of left deseeding artery for 30 min followed by reperfusion for 120 min in atherosclerosis rabbits.Myocardial cell morphological changes were observed,at the same time , left ventricular developed pressure (LVDP), left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP), arrythmia, creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondiadehyde (MDA) were measured.Apoptosis index(AI), protein expression of Bcl-2 and Bax was investigated by S-P immuno-histochemial stain.Results:(l)XTLP could relieve the morphological injury of myocardialcell. (2) XTLP significantly improved LVDP,reduced LVEDP and theischemia seberity, reperfusion arrythmia,improbved myocardium function. ( 3 ) XTLP could desrease the level of CK,LDH,and MDA,increase the level of SOD. (4) XTLP could inhibit apoptosis of myocardium,increace protein expression of Bcl-2 ,but desreace protein expression of Bax.Conclusion: XTLP can protect myocardium damage induced by MIRI.The mechanism of cardioprotection may be associated with clearing oxygen free radical(OFR), protecting mitochondria, inhibiting apoptosis of myocardium, upregulating protein expression of Bcl-2 but downregulating protein expression of Bax.
