Objective: Study the effects of piantongyin on the aggraeation of platelet rat, the effects of piantongyin on the time of cruor mouse; the effects on the pain casued by hot and acetum; the effects on mouse tracheal phenol red secretion, on rat tracheal sputum secretion,so as to probe the curative effects of piantonyin on invigorating the blood circulation, antalgic and expectorating phlegm,and probe the mechanism of piantonyin in treating migraine.Method: Use the refined Schaty platelet-aggregation test, observe the transformation of circulated type, dilated type,and the change of the number of aggravated platelet; use glass test so as to observe the influence of mouse cruor time. Use Woolfe-Macdonald testing and musculus'body-twisting testing, observe the effects of the thteshold of pain and the pain casued by acetum after musculus taking piantongyin.Use tracheal phenol red secretion, phenol sputum secretion as objectives, observe the effects of tracheal phenol red secretion on mouse and tracheal sputum secretion on rat.Result: 1. The group of higher and lower dosage piantongyin can significantly increase the proportion of the circulated type of platelet, decrease the proportion of the dilated type of platelet, reduce the number of aggravated platelet, the group of higher dosage piantongyin excelled the group of zhennaoning (P < 0.05).Compare with the group of physiologicalsaline, the group of piantongyin can significantly increase mouse cruor time (P < 0.01 or F < 0.05). 2. The group of piantongyin can significantly increase the thteshold of pain and decrease the frequency of musculus'body-twisting action that casued by acetum.3. Compare with the group of zhennaoning, the group of piantongyin can significantly increase mouse tracheal phenol red secretion and increase rat tracheal sputum secretion (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Piantongyin can restrain the aggraeation of platelet of rats, increase mouse cruor time, possess effects of invigorating the blood circulation. 2.Piantongyin can increase the thteshold of pain and decrease the frequency of musculus'body-twisting action that casued by acetum, possess the antalgic effects. 3.Piantongyin can increase mouse tracheal phenol red secretion and increase rat tracheal sputum secretion, possess effects of increase mouse tracheal phenol red secretion and increase rat tracheal sputum secretion.
