Objective : Anolygize earily and late diabetic patient's change of Urodynamic .Methord sixty patients who develojed diabetic were divided into two group's . patients in group A developed diabetic within 8 years . while patients in group B developed diabetic beyond 12 years . they all were undertake Urodynamic.Result : Group A : maxium cystometric capacity was (410±15ml) lower than standard (488±83ml) respectively (P<0.05)bladder compliance was 16±1ml.cmH2O-1, lower than standard (20ml.cmH2O-1) respectively (P<0.05), The rate of uninhibited dretrusor contraction . was 9/30 higer than group B (1/30) .Group B : maxium cystometric capacity : was 523±45ml , higher than standard (488±83ml) respectively(P<0.05), residual volume was 64ml , higher than standard (5ml) respectively ( P<0.05 ) , maxium flow rate was 7ml/s , lower than standard (17ml/s) respectiely ( P<0.05 ) .maxium detrusor pressure was 37±2cmH2O lower than standard ( 70±5cmH2O) , respectively ( P<0.05 ) , bladder compliance was 30±3ml.cmH2O-1 higher than standard (20ml.cmH2O-1 ) respcctively ( P<0.05 ) , The maxium urathral pressure was 45±2cmH2O lower than standard (70±5cmH2O) respectively ( P<0.05 ) ,The rate of detrusor external sphincter dyssynergia was 5/30 .Conculusion : dctrusor tnstability was found in group A . while weak detrusor contraction , detrusor urethal sphincter dyssnergia were found in group B.
