Clinical Effects Of YISHEN Capsule On IgA-nephropathy Blood Urine

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of YISHEN Capsule on IgA-nephropathy blood-urine and provide an effective treatment way for this disease. Methods: 60 IgA-nephropathy patients(blood-urine type) diagnosed by nephrocentesis were divided into two groups randomly(30 each group).One group treated with YISHEN Capsule and another group with HUANGKUI capsule for three months respectively. All patients had been followed up for six months and biochemical indexes had been checked periodically. Results: After three months, for the group treated with YISHEN Capsule, it appeared that 16 were alleviated absolutely, 9 alleviated basely, 3 effective, 2 invalid, so total effective rate was 93.3%; for the group treated with HUANGKUI capsule, accordingly 3 alleviated absolutely, 11 alleviated basely, 10 effective, 6 invalid, total effective rate was 80.0%. Therapautic effects of two groups were significantly different(p＜0.01). It was also showed that YISHEN Capsule can improve immune capability, enhance nutrition state, and better clinical symptoms. Conclusion: YISHEN Capsule is a valuable pure traditional Chinese medicine product for the treatment of IgA-nephropathy blood-urine.
