Spearman rho correlation analysis was used for observing the correlation VEGF and MVD with the perfusion parameters. Results: Ratio of tumor raise was 100% in rats. There were statistical significant in CT perfusion parameters between hepatocellular carcinoma and normal liver in rats. Spearman correlation analysis demonstrated that were no correlated with both MVD and VEGF (r=0.415,p=0.087) ,CT perfusion parameters were no correlated with MVD and VEGF (P>0.05) .Conclusions: The changes of some perfusion parameters of dynamic enhance CT may be useful in the quantitative estimation effects of hepatic carcinoma in rats, but they are not correlated with MVD and VEGF protein expression . | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Rat, Liver neoplasms, CT prfusion, microvessel density, Vascular endothelial growth factor, microcirculation, neovascularization, pathology | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
