| Objective Research on the stress response and imbue with compound nutriment of wound rats in the thermal and humid environment for the aims of providing verify of enhancing resistance, establishing evaluation system and grasping the accurate time and dosage to intervene in the stress reaction of wound soldiers under the heat environment. Methods In section I , the Wistar rats (n=21) were divided randomly into 3 groups: Normal control group, wound group, heat & wound group with 7 for each. Normal control group: exposed to dry temperature (Td) (24+1) C, relative humidity (RH) (55+5) % for 60 minutes. Wound group: the backs of rats were scalded in superficial degree II by 99 C water, exposed to the same conditions and same time with the normal control group. Heat & wound stress group, scalded in superficial degree II by 99 C water , exposed to Td(37+0.5)C and RH (65+5)% for 60 minutes. Phlebotomized samples at serial period time during the experiment by abdominal aorta and the xanthine oxidase analysis was used to study the changes of Superoxide dismutase (SOD) in plasm, the changes of Malondialdehyde (MDA) in plasm with Thiabarbituric(TBA), the changes of nitrous oxide (NO) in plasm with nitrate reductase(NR). Pathological changes changes of the gastric mucous were obtained after experiment. In section II, the Wistar rats (n=56 ) were divided randomly into 2 groups: Heat & wound control group and heat & wound medicined group with 28 for each. The two groups divided into 4 period of times: heat stress 1h, 2h, after heat stress 4h (after heat stress 2h placed in normal temperature for 4h) and after heat stress 10h with 7 for each. Each period time group (n=7) in the heat and wound control group, imbue with double-distilled water for one week; and each period time group (n=7)in the heat and wound medicined group, imbue with ascorbic acid and L-arginine mixed with a -Tocopherol for one week; were scalded in superficial degreeII by 99 C water and exposed to the same conditions for l-2h: Td(37 + 0.5) C and RH (65+5)%. The rectal temperature (Tr) was recorded every 30 min consecutively. Phlebotomized samples at serial period time during the experiment by abdominal aorta and the radioimmunological analysis was used to study the changes of Aldosterone (ALD) in serum, the xanthine oxidase analysis was used to study the changes of Superoxide dismutase (SOD) in plasm, the changes of Malondialdehyde (MDA) in plasm with Thiabarbituric(TBA), the changes of nitrous oxide (NO) in plasm with nitrate reductase(NR). Pathological changes changes of the gastric mucous were obtained after experiment. Results (1) The Tr rised directly in the heat & wound control group and heat & wound medicined group, but there was no significant difference. The Tr of 12h in heat & wound control group has significant difference with the other period time (P<0.05) . (2) The content of MDA, SOD and NO have significant change in normal control group, wound group and heat & wound group. Compared with the normal control group, the content of MDA is higher in the wound group than the heat and wound group (P<0.05) . The content of SOD in normal control group and wound group, the content of NO in the three groups have significant difference (P<0.05, P<0.01) . (3) The content of SOD has significant difference in the heat & wound medicined group and control group (P<0.05 ) . The SOD was at high level in 2h of the medicined group and then gradually descending. It was an opposition in the heat & wound control group. The content of SOD was at lowest level in 2h and after ascending in 6h it was gradually descending. There is a significant difference in 2h of the heat & wound control group and 11k 2h> 6h of the heat & wound medicined group about the content of SOD (P<0.05) . The content of SOD in 12h of the heat & wound medicined group is higher than that in 2h of the heat & wound control group (P<0.05) . (4) The content of MDA in the heat & wound medicined and control groups has significant difference (P<0.05) . The content of MDA is higher than in 2h of the heat &... |
