| Gastrintestineal cancer is a commom tumor. Many patients of it were dead because of intraperitoneal seeding or liver metastasis.This thesis aims directly at comparing HIPC + IVC, IPC+IVC, SIVC.ObjectiveTo Clear-cut the different effects of HIPC+IVC, IPC+IVC, SIVC to advanced gastrintestineal cancer.MethodWe divided 53 patients into 3 groups .One section were given HIPC+IVC, one section accepted IPC+IVC, another one received SIVC. We evalutioned the effects and para-responses after 2 circles.ResultComparing with SIVC, the effect of HIPC+IVC are better, para-responses are smaller, hospitalization is shorter, the average fee is low. Comparing with IPC+IVC, the effects are a little better, para-responses are correspondent, output / input is higher.DiscussionComparing with IPC+IVC and SIVC, HIPC+IVC raises the patients remission ratio, improves the quality of life, shortens the days in hospital, saves the money of patients.HIPC prolong the time that cytotoxic agents contact with tumor cells and mini metastasis in abdominal cavity .It Makestumor cells soaking in cytotosic directly and enhances the power of killing.The cytotoxic agents in HIPC are absorbed through portal venous system, transform into no poison or low poison agents via first-passing liver. The toxic effect to the body is low.Most of the cytotoxic agents are absorbed in liver through portal venous system, HIPC improves the drug concentration of portal venous and liver constitution. It can prevent and cure the liver metastasis of gastrintestineal cancer.Hyperthermia can damage the tumor cells selectivity. It raises the permeability of plasmalemma, suppresses the plerosis of tuomr cells after chemotherapy. And it cooperates with chemotherapy. But when the patients are given HIPC, they used to occur peritonitis and intestinal obstruction because the cytotoxic agents are contact with abdominal cavity directly. We should devote into relieve the poison of HIPC.
