| The incidence of endometriosis is rising gradually, it has become a common gynecological disease. With the cyclic bleeding and adhesion of vicinity, dysmenorrhea,chronic pelvic pain and infertibility is puzzling women. Because of the wide use of laparoscopy, some asymptomatic women were found. We have analyzed hospital charts of 209 patients who had been proved by operations and pathological ruports in 1999,6-2003,9. External endometriosis account for 47% (overian "chocolate" cyst account for 46%, pelvic endometriosis acclunt for 1%), internal endometriosis account for 40%, mixed endometriasis account for 13%. 80% of the patients focus for 26-50, the youngest is 19, the oldest is 70. Averaged age of external endometriosis is 35.6, internal endometriosis is 43.6, mixed endometriosis is 39.2. According to the these datum, dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic pain, abnormal vaginal bleeding and infertility is the main symptom of endometriosis, incidences of them partly are: 56%,26%,13%,9%. The incidence of 3 types endometriosis are different. External endometriosis had the divided to 4 parts: ≤30,31-40,41-50,≥51,dysmenorrhea,chronic pelvic pain,infertility are different in different ages, they were statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.05, P<0.01). A amplified, hard uterine with tenderness is the typical sign of internal endometriosis; Appendicular cyst with tenderness is the typical sign of ovarian "chocolate" cyst. It is difficult to make a correct diagnosis before surgery. The result in this study showed that 96 cases arrivedat corredt diagnosis, a correct rate of 46% was obtained, 79 cases were misdiagnosed, a error rate in 38%. The disease in absent of typal symptom and sign, manifestation of trasonography is warible, the wrong diagnosis were myoma of uterus,ovarian tumor,ovarian cyst,dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
