RESULTS: From all the complicated cases, pre-term pre-mature ruptures of membranes (PPROM) were 32%. Pregnancy induced hypertension Pregnancy (PIH) cases were 25%, while Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy (ICP) cases were found around 8%, Oligohydramnia cases were 6.3%, Placenta Previa cases were 5.7%, According to SPSS Chi-Square tests PPROM, ICP, PIH had no effect upon still births ( p > 0.05) while PPROM, ICP, PIH, Oligohydramnia, and Placenta Previa had effect on LBW ( p < 0.05) however PIH had significant effect upon Low Birth Weight babies (LBW) as compared to other complications.CONCLUSION: PPROM, PIH, ICP, Oligohydramnia, Placenta Previa complications of pregnancy had no significant effect upon mortality of fetus but had significant effect upon Low Birth Weight babies (LBW).
