Objection: The study will provide reference data for physique anthropology and clinical study by making a biological measurement to myopia and emmetropia among the Han, the Uigur and the Kazakstan in Urumqi. Methods: Random sampling was performed among adolescence of the Han, the Uigur, and the Kazakstan aged 17-19 years in Urumqi. Adopting epidemic survey, we measured the biometry values of interpupillary distance , interorbital distance ,exophthalous, medical canthus distance , ocular axial length , anterior chember depth , lens depth and vitreous thickness with vernier caliper , exophthalmometer and A ultrasonoscape. Results: (1) In the emmetropia, from the Han , the average value of interpupillary distance was (60. 03 ±1. 98) mm, the average value of interorbital distance was (100.23 ± 2.83)mm, the average value of exophthalmos was (14.93 ± 1. 19) mm, the average value of medical canthus distance was (32. 87 ± 1. 08) mm, the average value of ocular axial length was (22. 57 ± 0. 39)mm, the average value of anterior chember depth was (2. 69 ± 0. 13) mm, the average value of lens depth was (3. 75 ± 0. 13)mm, the average value of vitreous thickness was (16. 11 ± 0. 13)mm, from the Uigur , the average value of interpupillary distance was (60. 93 ± 2. 24) mm, theaverage value of interorbital distance was (99. 33 ± 2. 37)mm, theaverage value of exophthalmos was (12.43 ± 1. 19)ram, the averagevalue of medimedical canthus distance was (33. 55 ± 1. 27)mm, theaverage val ue of ocular axial length was (23. 14 ± 0. 72)mm, theaverage value of anterior chember depth was (3. 22 ± 0. 34) mm, theaverage value of lens depth was (3.91±0.33)mm, the averagevalue of vitreous thickness was (16. 00±0.65)mm, from theKazakstan, the average value of interpupillary distance was(60. 50±3. 54)mm, the average value of interorbital distance was(99. 56 ± 2. 03)mm, the average value of exophthalmos was (13.22± 1.09)mm, the average value of medical canthus distance was(33. 65 ±1. 44)mm, the average value of ocular axial length was(22. 21 ± 0. 44)mm, the average value of anterior chember depth was(2. 56 ±0. 15) mm, the average value of lens depth was (3.66 ±0.15)mm, the average value of vitreous thickness was (15.98±0. 14) mm. (2) Most of them had difference in sex and all of themhad difference in nation among the eight quotas (P<0.001).(3)Along with the raising of the degree of diopter, interpupillary distance, interorbital distance, medical canthusdistance, exophthalmos and lens depth had no significiant change(P>0.05), but ocular axial length, anterior chember depth andvitreous thickness had significiant increasing (P<0.001) amongthe three races. (4) We did not find an internal relationshipby regressing and analyzing the quotas of ocular figure(interpupillary distance, interorbital distance , medicalcanthus distance and exophthalmos) and inner ocularstructure( ocular axial length, anterior chember depth, lensdepth and vitreous thickness ) of myopia among the threeraces. Conclusion: (1) Most of them had difference in sex andall of them had difference in nation in the eight quotas amongthe three races, they can not replace each other in clinic. (2)Along with the raising of the degree of diopter, interpupillary distance, interorbital distance, medical canthus distance, exophthalmos and lens depth had no significiant change, ocular axial length gets longer, anterior chember depth gets deeper, vitreous thickness gets thicker. (3)Along with the raising of the degree of diopter, ocular axial length gets longer, vitreous thickness gets thicker, which can cause a series of pathologic changes afterior eyeball, so, in order to prevent and cure myopia, we must find a way to prevent the prolongation of ocular axial or enlargement of vitreous. (4) We did not find an internal relationship by regressing and analyzing the quotas of ocular figure and inner ocular structure of myopia among the three races in this study.
