[ Background ]The hypoxia was important enviroment stimulation factor not only to the mono-cell organism but also to the poly-cell organism,it could cause the organism occurrenc a series of physiopathologic response, it could cause the organism synthesize a series of unique stress proteins to adapt misstatus.There were a plent of reports about the stress proteins in hypoxia enviroment now, includes about the gene and the transcription and the expression in histocyte and the physiopathologic mechanism. But what was the capital marker to the susceptible crowd to the hypoxia, which substance was special to occurrenc and develop for the mountains sickness. How the immune system master role, The investigation were about substance that had been knew before, for example the enzyme active alteration and hormones content changes and cellular form and quantity, and humoral immunity and cellular immunity, alteratin of the proteins in blood and urine. A special component had been found in blood of the human which entered to the hypoxia enviroment, there was a character absorption cusp with light spectrum .spectrum information was different from the substance correlation with the mountain sickness which had been knew. There was correlation between the quality and dose of special component and the mountain sickness, Y =0.93.Identical structural substance would have same hydrogen spectrum expression. It was confirmated that the absorbance level of the special substance in Wistar rat and rabbit at drugged state was lower than that at wakefulness state. The endorphin which had important adjustment to nerve and immune system could inhibit the special substance to excrete. As it had similar function to the anti-hypoxia stress compound, we called it the hypoxia stress peptide. It was the material base of the neuroendocrine and immune system. This research about that the hypoxia stress peptide(HSP) was analysised with the hydrogen spectral technic, to establish the correlation relation between the dactylogram information and the structure , It provided a kinds new consider and pathway for the correlation disease and the hypoxia medical science. Objective To investigate dactylogram information of the hypoxia stress peptide by the nuclearmagnetic resonance(NMR) and with mass spectrometry(MS) and the fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FTIR),and to define the relation between the structure and funtion to the neuroendocrine inmmune.Taking the actylogram character of the HSP hydrogen spectrum .To clarify the role of the HSP in the occurrenc and the development and the rehabilitation to the mountain sickness.and to provide the new detect method for the crowd.and to provide the marker and themry and method to prevention and therapy the mountain sickness. To create the method of detecting fast the HSP to provid the new measure for screening the crowd easy to sickness. To define the best experiment condition for detecting the HSP, and to detect the stability and the replication of the method. To develop the screening work for the grass-roots unit,the blot method for detecting the HSP was created. To establish the role of HSP in the mountain sickness through assay the changes between pretreatment and post-treatment in the patients.[Methods]1. To detect the HSP from the serum of the patients of mountain sickness with the NMR and the MS and the FTIR, define the correlation between the structure and the function with neuroendocrine immune, To take the dactylogram character of the HSP.2.To detect the HSP with the reagent dispensed by ourselves, optimization the experiment condition.To detect the absorbance, To define the response condition by detecting the absorbance on all kinds of reaction time and wave-length.To define the stability by detecting the absorbance changes in 2 hours of the response fluid.To define the repetition by detecting the absorbance of the same mixture serum twenty times.
