Object to explore the probable correlation of 7 polimorphism sites in bcl-2, bcl-x and bax genes and systematic erythomatosus lupus (SLE). Method primer-introduced restriction analysis (PIRA-PCR), tetra-primers ARMS and single strand conformational polymor- phism (SSCP) was applied to detect 3 single neuclear polymorphysm(SNP) sites in bcl-2 gene (dbSNP: rsl800477, dbSNP:rsl801018, dbSNP:rsl564483),3 SNP sites(dbSNP:rs6060900, dbSNP:rs6089046, dbSNP: rs5841091) in bcl-x gene and a microsateillite in bax gene. Data was analysis with Logistic regretion . Result Within SLE cases, frenquency of GG genetype of rs 1800477 is higher than the heathy (P=0 .013) while that of GG genetype of rs 1800477 is lower than controls (P= 0.024) ,and rs 1801018 showed no significant difference between two groups .But it seems the selected sites in bcl-x and bax genes own no polymorphism characteristics. Conclusion Two polymorphism sites (rs 1800477 and rs 1564483) appear probable correlation to SLE,although the later lies out of the CDS region.
