Objective :The purpose of this study was to evaluate the usefulness of warmed(37℃) infusion in neurosurgery perioperation, and to search for a more safe and effective method of transfusion during neurosurgery operation. Method:60 cases of patient suffering from tumors in the brain were operated to resect the tumor in the operation room which temperature is 23. 21 ±. 81℃ . 30 patients in the group of unwarmed transfusion (NWT) covered with carpet, transfused and flushed with fluid of room temperature (22-24 ℃); the other 30 patients in the groupof warmed-up transfusion (WT) ,covered with the carpet, too, transfused and flushed with warmed-up (37 ℃) fluid. We mornitored rectum temperature (BT) ,nasopharynx temperature (NT), heart rate (HR), blood pressure (BP) continuously during operation and measure Glu, Ale, and S100 β protein in the blood of internal carotid vein and ralial artery preoperatively, intraoperatively and postoperatively. Results: (1) RT and NT of the warmed-up infusion (WT) group are higher than the other group from the second hour intraoperation (P<0.05). (2) HR of the unwarmed-up transfusion group (UWT) is more high than the warm-up transfusion group (WT) at the same period from the first hour during the operation (P<0.05). (3) ADVL of the two groups were augment while the operation was kept on, even the UWT group was higher than the WT group (P <0.05). (4) S100β protein of the two groups were different at the period of 24 hours postoperation (P<0.05). The WT group was lower than NWT group in evidence. Conclusion: (1) To make warmed-up infusion to perioperative patients in practice can maintain the body heat steady and guarantee to adjust the normal physiologic function. (2) To make warmed-up infusion to perioperative patients in practice can reduce the stress occurence. (3) To make warmed-up infusion to perioperative patients in practice can ensure cerebral metabolism. (4) To make warmed-up infusion to perioperative patients in practice can protect the brain. (5) To make warmed-up infusion to perioperative patients in practice can prevent variety damage cause by hypothermia via normal accommodate of metabolism.
