Research On Model Of Hospital Nursing Evaluation

Objectives: With the development of the rapid market economy expanding and China entering the World Trade Organization, hospitals in China are facing to the problem of that How to evaluate nursing service quality with attitude of science and impersonality to deal with international competition and development opportunity. Combining with theory analysis, social survey and specialists' sights, the paper focus on how to build the model of hospital nursing evaluation via investigating clinic nursing quality controlling methods and measures that are used in three hospitals in HeFei City. Methods: Hospital nursing evaluation index system is ensured by method of Delphi consult; Index weight and building the model of hospital nursing evaluation is ensured by method of Analysis of Hierarchy Process; Data entering, processing and analyzing are performed using SPSS and MATLAB 5.0 software. Results: Questionnaire response rate of two-round Delphi method trial are 86.8% and 94.7% for each round respectively. 26.9% and 14.3% of experts' opinions had been used in each round of the trial. In first consult, coefficient of coordination(W) is 0.437 and P > 0.05. Coefficient of coordination for indicators of each category is 0.434, 0.376, 0.408, 0.453 and the value of P is great than 0.05. In second consult, coefficient of coordination(W) is 0.427 and P >0.01. Coefficient of coordination for indicators of each category is 0.442, P<0.01; 0.356, P >0.05; 0.498, P < 0.05; 0.478, P < 0.01; Each index weight and combining-weight is ensured by method of Analysis of Hierarchy Process. Each index has the characteristic: CI<0.10, CR<0.10. The model is used to evaluate three hospitals' nursing quality. Scores are as follows: 78.2, 77.0, and 79.6. Conclusion: The two-round questionnaire responses have been undergone by the same 38 experts, it ensured the integrality and reliability of the study; Delphi method offers multi-projects (index system) for the researching plan and Community Investigation method makes the research work about index system close to actual condition. Two methods are combined to ensure scientific, external and exact result of research; Aim at that the problem oflogic rough-and-tumble may be occurred when adopting Analysis of Hierarchy Process method to confirm index weight, the thesis research further on logic consistency about index that has been confirmed the weight. The result indicates that indexes of hospital nursing evaluation index system satisfy the demand of logic consistency; using the evaluation prototype, three hospitals' nursing is evaluated. The result of evaluation indicates that the model can reflect the hospital level actually and truly, meanwhile, the result also verifies that the model is scientific, actual and efficient.
