PrefaceCoronary Artery Disease (CHD) was a kind of sclerosis lesions which can lead to the pathological change of coronary arteries and then causing coronary circulation infarction or myocardial ischemia. Recendy, the incidence rate of this disease shows a rising tendency hi our country. Most scholars consider the incidence rate of this disease was related to some risk factors such as age, hypertension , diabetes, fasting plasma glucose. There are many studies about the relationship between the blood pressure level and the coronary artery stenosis degree , but most of them were mono - agent analysis. In this study poly - agent a-nalysis was applied to analyze the relation between the blood pressure level and its stenosis degree.Objects and Methods1. Subjects: 150 patients of coronary heart disease tentatively in the affiliated hospital of JInzhou Medical College from December 2001 to January 2003, 109 males and 41 females. All the patients were tested with a selective coronary angiography(SCA) to confirm whether there are narrow coronary arteries. The subjects with renal function failure, anaemia, acute shock, renal function failure , activity - gastrointestinal hemorrhage, heart function failure, digitora - intoxication and secondary hypertension were excluded from this study. 2. Methods : We filled in the questionnaires by means of inquiring and measurement in sites. The contents of survey included; general characteristics, smoke history(the number of cigarette every day, the years of smoking) , drinking history ( drinking amount every day, the years of drinking) , family history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus ( DM) in all the subjects.2.1 Blood pressure measurement; Tested the blood pressure to all the subjects in the morning. All the processing must be operated by professionals and sphygmoma- nometer (desk -top mercury type) must be used. The patients should relax at least 5 minutes before the test and then measured the BP of right upper arm, testing every 2minutes and using the mean value of three tests (if the difference of the measurements over 4 mmHg, test again after 2 minutes and then using the mean value of these 4 tests). The DBF is the vanished sound of KOROTKOFFV. Calculated the MAP and the PP. The diagnosis standard of EHT was according to the 1999 WHO - ISH guidelines for the management of hypertension, systolic blood pressure 140mmHg and/or a diastolic blood pressure 90mmHg.2. 2 Coronary arteriongraphy: It must be operated by professional doctors. The position of oblique location before the left, oblique location and head foot axle were taken to observe the pathological change and right coronary artery, left backbone, left anterior descending, left circumflex branches were used to evaluate the pathological change degree of blocking. Adopt Toshiba CAS - 8000V KXO - 200A instrument, measure the narrow degree of coronary artery through QCA. The level of Coronary Artery Stenosis was classified into 6.Grade 0 : normalGrade 1: slight degree of coronary artery stenosis < 30%.Grade 2: media degree of coronary artery stenosis30% - 50%.Grade 3: severity degree of coronary artery stenosis50% - 90%.Grade 4: secondary obstruction, degree of coronary artery stenosis > 90%.Grade 5:fully obstruction, coronary artery cavity were emphraxis.2. 3 Laboratory examination: 2 milliliters blood samples were drawn from an antecubital vein after an overnight fast. After centrifugation, the serum fraction was removed and frozen at - 70 C until assayed. The concentrations of serum total cholesterol, HDL, LDL and TG were assayed by the kit available from Lia-oning Zhengtong biochemical company.3. Statistics methods: Statistical analysis of dichotomous variables was by the chi - square test or Fishers exact test. Student's t - test was used to assess differences between groups for two continuous variables. Multiple Logistic regression was used when evaluating the effect of a continuous or categorical cova-riates on a dichotomous outcome. A 2 - sided value of P <0.05 was...
