PrefaceThe traditional known risk facts of coronary heart disease include hyperten-tion ,hyperlipidemia, smoking and diabetes. It has been proved that to central these risk facts will benefits to prevent the occurrence of the coronary atherosle-rosis vascular disease and to avoid the progress of the disease and even reverse the pathological chang of the coronaryatherosclerosis vascular diseaes . But many patients with coronary heart disease have no the above traditional risk factors . Therefore , to further study some controversy risk factors of heart vascular disease will help us to improve the knowledge of pathogenetic mechanism of vascular disease.Recently ,many study believe that high level plasma homocysteine may be an independent risk factor and believe that plasma tHcy have the effect of toxin to cell and to gene . The study believe that the mechanism of the tHcy affecting on heart vascular maybe relate to the destroy of endothelial cell of vascular and promoting the metabolic of lipidemia . But the reports of the relation between tHcy and CHD is few. This article wants to measure the concentration of plasma tHcy through HPLC tecnology , In order to establish the relationship between plasma tHcy and the patients with coronary disease and the clinical meaning .Materials and Methods1. Experimental materialSubjects : we have sellected 50 patients hospitalized in the first clinical hospital attached to China Medical Iniversity during the period June 2002 to septem-her 2003. They were coronary heart disease patients whe have received CAG,including to 30 patients with unstable angina pectoris ,13patients with AMI which occurred after two weeks and 7patients with OMI and 22 suspected patients who had notnal results of CAG. 2. Methods1) The selection of case ;72 subjects were divided into four groups according to the results of CAG (1) The 22 subjects of negative CAG as control group (2)The single coronary artery lesion group 13 case (3) The double coronary artery lesion group 26 case (4) The multiple coronary artery lesion group 11 . case . All the above case eat Aspirin 0.3 Qd and Declit 0.25 Bid three days before CAG2) The exclution of the caseThe disease of severy renal dyfunction, tumor, rheumatism and immunityAnd severy disease of liver.3 ) The collection of specimen and treatmentAll of the subjects should be taken 5. 6 ml vein blood two day after the performance of CAG, 3. 6ml was put into the test tube containing EDTA and to centrifuge within one hour and 2ml plasma was taken and keep into 70 refrigerator , and the other 2ml blood was sent to lipid test .4) measure methods(1) CAGwas performed by normal methods . (2)The measure of blood lipid used the automatic analysis instrument.(3)The measure of tHcy used the HPLC technology.Statistic AnalysisThe results were expressed as mean SD, statistical significance was determined by t test and analysis of variance was used to compare the figer between the two group and q test was used .Results1 :The relationship of the risk factor of vascular disease and the plasma tHcyThe results had shown that there were no association among plasma tHcycigarette smoking diabets and hypertension. (p>0.05)2 The analysis of the relationship between plasma tHcy and blood lipid .As the results of table 2and table 3 the CHD group comparing with the con-trol group . There were no association between plasma tHcy and blood lipid.3: The relationship between the area of coronary artery lesion and plasma tHcy .The level of plasma tHcy in patients with CHD was higher than that of con-trol group . The more coronary arterise involved the higher plasma tHcy The a-nalysis of variance was used to commpare the figer of any two group . ( p < 0. 01)DiscussionRecently, whether the plasma tHcy can be sa the risk (actor has become the hot point disscused by the civil and foreign scholar . Some study has shown that the patients with Hyperhomocysteinemia can early appear atherosclerotic vascu-lar disease a...
