Pharmacokinetics Of Yinhuang Compound Enema In Vivo

OBJECTIVE To determine parameters of pharmacokinetics in rabbits andhealthy volunteers, provide a scientific basis for clinical application of YinhuangCompound Enema. METHODS HPLC was used to determine the concentrations ofchlorogenic acid and baicalin in the plasma samples of rabbits and healthyvolunteers,then analyze these datum by the pharmacokinetics program 3P87 todetermine the parameters of pharmacokinetics and the compartmental model ofboth ingredients in Yinhuang Compound Enema. RESULTS baicalin showed two compartment model in rabbits and themain parameters of pharmacokinetics were as follows: T1/2α=0.311h,T1/2β=1.640h , AUC=15.310ug.h/ml , CLs=1.743L/h.kg , Tm=0.287h ,Vd=2.182L；chlorogenic acid showed two compartment model in rabbits the mainparameters of pharmacokinetics were as follows:T1/2α=0.324h,T1/2β=1.206h,AUC=21.351ug.h/ml,CLs=1.545 L/h.kg,Tm=0.317h,Vd=2.251 L。baicalinshowed two compartment model in healthy volunteers and the main parameters ofpharmacokinetics were as follows: T1/2α=0.325h , T1/2β=2.370h ,AUC=6.236ug.h/ml,CLs=1.801L/h.kg,Tm=0.247h,Vd=2.314L；chlorogenic acidshowed two compartment model in healthy volunteers and the main parametersof pharmacokinetics were as follows: T1/2α=0.106h , T1/2?=1.641h ,AUC=15.138ug.h/ml,CL=1.566ug.h/ml,Tm=0.2677h,Vd=2.423L。...
