Objective To observe the effect of Tongqiaohuoxiietang (TQHXT) on thrombsis, platelet aggregtion, blood viscosity and bulbar conjunctiva,microcirculation in rabbits.Methods (1)Using the Umersu' method, and used the Aspirin(Asp)as the male control group, We observed the effect on the thrombosis in rabbit's neck A-V by ig TQHXT12g.kg1 or 6 g.kg-1 or Asp6mg.kg-1,.At the same time,we withdrawaled the blood to measure the platelet,blood viscosity, hematorict.So we could observed the changed index by these medicines .(2)Usmg fresh amniotic fluid to made the microcirculation disorder of rabbit's bulbar conjunctiva as the model,and using Co-danshan injection as the male control group.We observed the number of capillary-network dot,capillary calibre,behavior of blood steam and changing time,in order to know the effect by ig TQHXT. Results: Rabbits were gived TQHXT after five days,(ig.)these medicions all could decrease the wet wight and dry wight ofthrombosis.The results ware compared with normal contral group,and have the significent difference.(P<0.05).TQHXT also decreased the platelet aggregation of rabbits and disincentive rate has rised (P<0.05). At the same time,TQHXT could decline the blood viscosity at low shear rate 5.75s-. (P<0.05).But TQHXT6g.Kg-1 group had no effect to the blood viscosity of high shear rate 230s-1.(P>0.05).TQHXT big and small dosage groups and Asp group could decrease the hematoeict of rabbits.(P<0.05).But the effect of TQHXTgroups ware weaker than Asp group.The microcirculation experment showed the result: TQHXT12g.kg-1 could improve the number of capillary-network dot in nomal rabbit's bulbar conjunction.TQHXT two groups and co-danshan group had no effect to capillary caliber and blood steam.This index compared with contral group ,it has no significent difference.(P>0.05).After iv.fresh amniotic fluid,we could see microcirculation disorder in rabbit's bulbar conjunction happened.The performance: number of capillary network dot decreased;capillary caliber was thin;blood steam slowed down..TQHXT two kinds of dosage groups and Co-danshan groupcould add the number of capillary network dot,improve the capillary caliber.The result compared with model control group, it had significent difference.(P<0.05).To analyse the dynamic varities of microcirculation disorder,after iv.amniotic fluid 31.73 min.the microcirculation disorder happened,the peak time was 45.33min.duration was 18.33min. The given medicine group all had long latent penod,and prolonged the peak time,decresed the duration,compared with model control group ,the result had signifient difference.But the high dosage group's effect had no difference to Co-danshan injection group.(P>0.05).Conclusion: giving two kinds dosage of TQHXT,they had the function of anti-thrombosis and decreased the platelet aggregation,blood viscosity,hematorict.They had the same effect of Co-danshan injection,but the effect was weaker than Co-danshan injection,high dosage TQHXT and Co-danshan injection could improve the nomal microcirculation in rabbit's bulbar conjunctiva,and two kinds of dosage TQHXT could antagonise the microcirculation disorder in rabbit's bulbar cojunctiva made by amniotic fluid. Co-danshan injection also had the function ofimproving microcirculation disorder. The effect of Co-danshan injection was as same as high-dosage TQHXT.
