The Clinic Study On Treatment Of Tuchongjiangya Compound Tablet To Hyptertension

Objective: To observe the effecacy in Treatment of Tuchongjiangya Compound Tablet to Essential Hyptertension. Methods: 90 patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. The treatmen group was treated by Tuchongjiangya compound Tablet (4 tablets , po, tid) and control group was treated by Captoprilum (25mg , po, tid) . After four weeks'treatment, the clinical efficacy and experimental results and adverse effict were observed.Results: The total effictive rate of treatment group in depressing high blood pressure is 84.4% . The clinical efficacy were 93.3% and 71.1% in the treatment group and the control group . There was very significant (P＜0.01) between them . In the experimental results, ET,TXA2 were decreased significantly and NO were increased significantly in both of them(P＜0.01), but TG,TC were decreased significantly only in treatment group .Conclusion: Tuchongjiangya Compound Tablet is effictive in depressing high blood pressure and can reduce the clinical symptom and decrease TG,TC,ET,TXA2 and increase NO and has no adverse effict.
