Objective: We find out the best combined ratio and dosage of Ginseng and Astragalus through observing the effect on the lymphocyte changing ratio enclosing function of huge enclosing cells and T lymphocyte subgroup in small mice affected by ultraray.Methods: The is to divide randomly 130 small healthy white mice originated from kunming into normal contrast group, model contrast group, Ginseng group, Astragalus group and different Ginseng combined with Astragalus group cnine groups, Ginseng and' Astragalus combine at langsize, micldlesize and smallsize dosage, the division for grouping Ginseng and Astragalus combine at intersection debigh L9(34) Apply different matters to the groups, the filling capacity is the same and 0.5ml per mouse per day it lasts ten days we use high-tentioned X ray machine to shine all groups but the normal contrast group at the 4 th day , shining dosage rate is 2Gy/min, lasting 2 minutes total absorption dosage is 4Gy, We test all Rinds of immunity factors at the 11th day and assess the effect of modle producing through observing their change of alertness activities, diet and color of fur 24 hours after ceasement of applying, we use PHA mouse inside inducement method to test lymphocyte changing ratio use semi-body method to test large enclosing cells function and compute enclosing rate and ratio use indirect immunity f lurence method to test T lymphocyte sub-group ratio.Results: The shows that Ginseng group, Astragalus group, Ginseng and Astragalus combined group all can improve the lack of alertness and activities the lack of shining of fur and reducement of diet and weight, all dosages can improve lymphocyte changing rate, strength enclosing rate and ratio of enclosing cells, highthen T lymphocyte CD, subgroup ratio and reduce CD8 subgroup ratio, rise the ratio of CD4 to CD8, It differs with model group remarkably and especially the Ginsey and Astragalus combined group at the ratio of 2 to 9.Conclusion: We draw a that Ginseng group dosage, Astragalus group dosage and Ginseng combined with Astragalus group dosage all can improve the bad condition of immunity function affected by ultraray damage It is the best combined ratio of 2 to 9 between Ginseng and Astragalus to improve the immunity function. Ginseng combined with Astragalus can highthen the enclosing ratio and enclosing factor of huge enclosing cells, can rise the ratio of CD4sub-group and reduce the CD8 sub-group ratio to strengthen and condition the immunity function of body by rising the ratio of CD, and CD8.
