Methods: Artificial liver support treatment was performed for the liver failure patients and we collected blood samples at pretreatment every time and after the treatment was no longer performed. All samples were preserved after having been treated. We detected the level of the TNF- α IL-6 F.IX and F.X with the technique of ABC-ELISA between two antibody and observed their changing tendency. Results: (1) There was a good correlation between the level of TNF- α and the effect of artificial liver support treatment (2) There was a certain correlation between the level of IL-6 and the effect of artificial liver support treatment. (3) The changing tendency of F.IX between improving group and worsening group was significantly different. (4) Not only the changing tendency of F.X between improving group and worsening group but also the changing tendency of F.X between stable group and worsening group was significantly different. All of the above results were significant in statistics. Conclusion: The study suggests that both the level of TNF- α or IL-6 and thechanging tendency of F.IX or F.X correlate with the effect of artificial liver support treatment closely. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Artificial Liver, Liver Failure, Effect, Tumor Necrosis Factor-α, Interleukin-6, Factor IX, Factor X | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
