The Effect Observation And Related Experimental Research On The Treatment Of Atopic Dermatitis By JiaJian Weiling Granula

Atopic dermatitis is a common inflammatory skin disease which belongs along with allergic asthma and allergic rhinitis , to the group of atopic diseases .It is a chronic, elapsing cutaneous disease with typical cellular and humoral immunologic abnormalities. Atopic dermatitis typically begins in childhood and can often persist through adolescence into adulthood .A number of immunological abnormalities have been noted in patients with atopic dermatitis . Although great strides have been made in understanding the causes, the complex pathophysiology of atopic dermatitis is still not completely understood . Most notably , patients with atopic dermatitis often have an elevation of serum immunoglobulin(Ig)E levels , abnormal cellular immunity. At present the treatment of AD focused on anti-histamine and corticosteroid . so the side-effect is often observed ,the curative effect is not satisfied , too . we determined the dermal allergen ,IgE and observed the cell pattern of the skin lesions. moreover , observed the clinic effect of jiajianweiling granula(JJWLG) on AD . meanwhile studied the mechanism of functions on the treament of AD by JJWLG through mouse expriment . The results are as following:1.AD is a disease resulting from many factors , such as environment, immunity, physiology , etc . the etiology and pathogenesis include : the local expression of cytokines , the differentation of helper T cell , the multiaction of IgE and infectious factors . 2.AD patients have polyvalent aspiration allergic factors , which show that the environmental allergic factors play a role in AD, and it is a syndrome that skin and mucosa are allergic to environment .3. It is confirmed that there is a high level of IgE in most AD patients, but the level of IgE is not correlated to the patient's condition.4.In AD patients, the mutual contact of immunoreactive cells has been first observed , which is regarded as the cellmorphological base of immunological response .5.The pathomorphological demonstration indicate that the immune system of dermal and branches have consistence in local and immune response . so in clinic wecan take the same treatment of unlike diseases.6.In clinic , the Chinese Medicine JJWLG may fortify the spleen and disinhibit dampness , support right and secure the root . so it can adjust the balance of body through support the root of later heaven . and has good effects to AD patients with spleen-stomach vacuity cold .7.The Chinese Medicine JJWLG can inhibit mouse which with dinitroflurobenzene induced allergic contact dermatitis ear swallen , counts of monocyte and lymphocyte in dermis layer .and can regulatr the cytokines level of IL-2 , TNF-α , so it is effective for the anti-inflammation and delayed-allergic reaction .
