The study of these question can finally help us innovate this technic or definite the time-limitation of temporary interruption.We used gerbils to simulate the cerebral blood flow and microdialysis changes about ischemia and ischemia-reperfusion injury caused by temporary interruption of common carotid artery, comprehend the different damage caused by different way of interruption. Thus we provide theoretics reference for clinical treatment.
