IntroductionAt present, the morbidity of obesty is rising not only in developed country but also in developing country, and it has become a common disease. Fundamentally speaking, obesity is a result of unbalanced regulating between food intake and resume. Obesity is considered as a type of common dysbolism on the base of polygene and it is a signal in nature which indicates the body has serious dysbolism which is more difficult prevent or cure than disease.Recently, The studies showed that obese persons possessed lower concentration of 25(OH)2D3 than unobese ones. Jocobo, et al found obesity did not affect the ability which transform the 7 - desmosterol of skin and adipose to vitamin D, but charged the process of vitamin D fro skin into body circulation under the ultroviolent. The reason perhaps is that obese persons' adipose tissue hold a lot of fat dissolved vitamin D and cause lower concentration of 25(OH)2D3, obese patients' BMI and blood vitamin D peak are negative correlation after vitD peros, which prove that obesity decreases the biological utilization ratio of vitD.Studies show that an important mechanism that high - calcium diet can decrease people and animals' serum lipid levels is diet calcium disturb lipid absorption in intestine and reduce blood fat levels and fat content in tissues. Calcium ions participate many enzymes activating including some enzymes about fat metabolism, therefore diet calcium and vitD perhaps affect fat metabolism throght regulating bodies' calcium balance. The study is about the effect of diet high - calcium and vitamin D on the blood fat levels of male rats caused by high - fat. The objective is to discover the cause - effect relationship between diet high - calcium , vitD and blood fat levels of obese rats, and to provide a new idea and way to lose weight.Materials and MethodsAnimals. All procedures involving animals are approved by the animal Department of china medical university. Fourty male wistar rats weighing 108 to 197g were individually housed in cages. Room temperature was controlled (22 ?5癈 ) and humidity was controlled (45% ?10% ) , and lighting was on a 12h - light - dark cycle. Animals were given free access to diets and Water over the duration of the study. Body weights were recorded weekly.Diets and experimental protocol. Rats were divided into Four groups fed different diet randomly. Initially rats were maintained on standard laboratory chow and were not switched to the experimental diet until after blood sampling occurred.. Rats were given fast for 24h before blood were sampled at the eye vein. All animals were sampled at the same time of day. All samples were immediately centrifuged, and the serum was stored at -20^ untie assay for serum Triglyceride, chololestprol, High density lipoprotein concentrations. Four days after the blood samples were obtained, rats were fed different diet. A group (ten rats were fed the high - fat diet) ; B group (ten rats were fed the high - fat diet and calcium) ; C group (ten rats were fed the high - fat diet and calicum) . After 1 wk, the right leg of the D group rat was infected by VD (15μg/kg bw) , the others was injected physiology salt water solution (15μg/kg bw) at the same time. All rats were killed by decapitation 4 wk after the experiment diet was initiated. Abdominal fat pads ( peri - renal, epididyamL, Live ) were excised, weighed.Assays. Serum Triglyceride, choloesterol, High density Lipopro-tein concentrations were determined in rats before and after exposure to the High - fat diet by COBASMIRA automatic biochemical analysis instrument made in suitzerlard. Instrment: COBASMIRA automatic biochemical analysis in strument made in suitzerland.Statistical method. Data were analyzed across multiple groups by one - way ANOVA, followed by a Duncans new mutiple range test when appropriate. All values are expressed as means ?SE.Results and Discussions1. The results show that high - calcium diet can reduce the weight of high - fat diet male rats. In the second week of experiment, hi...
