Cardiovascular system is one of the most intricate and the most important living systems . Because it is very complex , it is one of the problems that many scientists are committing themselves to. Describing the regional and global myocardial movement and the alteration of left ventricular shape by quantitative analysis is very important for diagnosing and treating cardiac disease and cardiac malfunction . Since 1970's , some scientists began to study characteristic of myocardial wall motion and myocardial dynamic. But heart is very intricate object , the study of heart is still on exploring and experiment stage. In the present paper , we combine the technology of computer graphics and computer simulation with the technology of Doppler tissue imaging quantitative analysis. Based on Doppler tissue imaging quantitatively examining left ventricular myocardial walls motion , we give some reasonable hypothesis and simplification to left ventricular myocardial walls motion simulation mode, and build a mathematical model of left ventricular myocardial walls motion . Further , we build a digital model of left ventricular myocardial walls motion which is visible based on the mathematical model of left ventricular myocardial walls motion , and bring forward the concept of wire model and effective radius . So the simulation of left ventricular myocardial walls motion is visible .The results of left ventricular myocardial walls motion simulation show : this method which combines the technology of computer graphics and computer simulation with the technology of Doppler tissue imaging quantitative analysis could describe the regional and global myocardial walls motion and the shape of left ventricle . Moreover , this method could be applied to both normal and abnormal heart. Further , 3D simulation image can be rotated and visited from different angle ,not requiring special doctor's spacial thinking ability. So it provides convenient and intuitional service for diagnosing heart disease. At the same time , the definition of mesh element and effective radius is very usefulto investigate the regional and global myocardial dynamics .
