Objective: It was studied the effect of phenoic alkaloids from Meriispermum dauricum (PAMD) on hemodynamic and electro cardiogram(ECG) in experimental myocardial ischemia and observed the influence of coagulation and fibrinolysis system for blood stasis syndrome in rats. Methods: We checked the effects of PAMD on the following three experiment models in rats: the changes of S-T level on the experiment of pituitrin induced acute myocardial ischemia, the hemodynamic effects of ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery, the influence of activated partial throm-boplastin tim(APTT), prothrombin time(PT)and fibriogen(Fg) on blood stasis syndrom. Result: ①In pituitrin acute myocardial ischemia, PAMD could significantly decreased the acute ischemic changes in ECG(P<0. 05). ②PAMD could inhibit acute ischemia induced increase of LVEDP and decreases of MBP>LVSP> ±dp/dtmax,CO(P<0. 05, P<0. 01). ③It could increase APTT, PT and reduce Fg (P<0. 05, P<0. 01). Conclusion: PAMD had protective effect on myocardial ischemia, could improve the disorder of hemodynamic and have the influence of.coagulation and fibrinolysis system.
