| Senescence is many continuous changes which are accumulated following age.lt is proved that many esculent mushrooms have antiaging effect The experiment used D-galactose to build aging model. The paper conducted the immune and the antioxidant effect ofPholiota nameko polysaccharide on the aging model mice in the different period and investigated the histomorphology.The results showed as follow:1. Pholiota nameko polysaccharide could exert antiaging effect, improve thymus exponent, spleen exponent and the rate of lymphocyte transform effectively.2. Pholiota nameko polysaccharide could exert antiaging effect by improving antioxidant ability, enhance the activity of superoxidedismutase, increase the activity of inhibition to active oxygen and decrease The content of lipofuscin in liver.3. The histomorphology study showed that Pholiota nameko polysaccharide could ameliorate obviously the fade changes of spleen and liver in the aging process. |
