This test examine vessels endothelium lesion factor and the active of fibronolysis factors vWF,t - PA, D-D and fibrinogen Fg,and the changes of factors and test between the change of factors and ECG for regression and correlation examination, though which for study the re-lation with different coronary heart disease.Method122 patiets of coronary heart disease group were divided to stable angina pectoris 5leases , unstable angina pectoris 41 cases , acute myocardial infarction 30 cases ; and control group for 20 cases . Con-trol group cases were without any diseases .122 cases of coronary heart were without livers disease,nephro-pathia , hematologia and other thrombosis diseases for example Af, rheumatic heart disease and so on. There were no significant difference among there classifications of coronary heart disease in age ,sex , level of hepertension and heperlipidemia .All cases examined were not administrated with asipirin ,ticlopi-dine and so on .Test method was ELISAExamine plasma vWF,t - PA,D - D,Fg, at the same time 18 -lead - ECG for everybody.All data was represented with X ?S, the change of class was ex-amined with T test, qualitative data was examined with x2 test . P <0. 05 is significance test . Relation between change in plasma vWF,t -PA,D - D,Fg and the change in EGG of 122 cases were examined with regression and correlation test.ResultThe plasma vWF,D - D,Fg in coronary heart disease group is higher than those of control group with static significance . ( P < 0. 05). The plasma t - PA in coronary heart disease group is less than those of control group with static significance. ( P < 0. 05 ) . In stable angina pectoris group, plasma vWF,Fg are higher than those of con-trol group with static significance. ( P < 0. 01 ) , but plasma D - D is higher than those of control group without static significance . ( P > 0. 05). and plasma t - PA is less than those of control group without static significance. ( P >0. 05 ) . In unstable angina pectoris group and acute myocardial infarction group, plasma vWF, D - D,Fg are all higher than those of control group with static significance . ( P < 0.01) , and are all higher than those of In stable angina pectoris group with static significance ( P < 0. 01 ) ; but plasma t - PA is less than those of control group and stable angina pectoris with static signifi-cance (P <0.01). And in acute myocardial infarction ,plasma vWF, D - D,Fg are higher than those in unstable angina pectoris with static significance ( P <0.01) , plasma t - PA is less than those in unstable angina pectoris with static significance (P<0.01).The area of myocardial ischemia in stable angina pectoris is 18. 4% , The area of myocardial ischemia in unstable angina pectoris is 21. 3% and is more than the area of myocardial ischemia in stable an-gina pectoris with static significance ( P <0. 01) , and the area of my-ocardial infarction in acute myocardial infarction is 23. 3%.The relation between change of plasma v WF,D-D,Fg , t - PA. and change of ECG in angina pectoris group are examined with regres-sion and correlation test , and rsis0.715(P<0.01) 0 .581 ( P < 0.01),0.678(P<0.01), -0.693(P<0.01). The relation between change of plasma vWF,D - D,Fg ,t - PA and change of EGG in acute myocardial infarction group are examined with regression and correla-tion test, and rs is 0. 864( P <0. 01) ,0. 894( P <0. 01) ,0. 878(P < 0.01),-0.825(P<0.01).Discussion1. Fibrilysis activity t - PA , D - Dimer and fibrinolygen change of coronary heart disease patients1. 1 t -PA is a important substance of fibrilysis system , Its the main onset factor , it can specifically activate the fibrinogen in thrombo to form plasmin which can hydrolysis fibrin in to make thrombolysis. The fibrinolytic activity in CHD is decreased , plasma t - PA ( 0. 263 ?0 . 1 2 3 ) is lower than in healthy control group with significance ( P < 0.01)UAP and AMI are called acute coronary syndrome.
