The Study Of Diagnosis Hypotheses

It is a complicated process for diseases to occur, develop and transform. In order to study this process, we must depend on the bridge of diagnosis hypotheses. By closely combining with the data of the clinical diagnosis, I discuss how to form, test and evaluate the diagnosis hypotheses with logical methodology.In part one, I expound the definition, characters of the diagnosis hypotheses, and classify the diagnosis hypotheses according to the contents of diagnoses.In part two, I narrate and comment on how to form the diagnosis hypotheses. Firstly, I emphasize that the formation of the diagnosis hypotheses must base on the clinical data. Secondly, I introduce how to bring forward the diagnosis hypotheses according to five logical methods. Finally, I explain how to accomplish the process of the theory system of the diagnosis hypotheses.In part three, I study how to test and evaluate the diagnosis hypotheses. On the one hand, I point out that it is a complex process to verify the diagnosis hypotheses to be true or to be false. On the other hand, I emphasize the importance of the function of the overall clinical data in evaluating the diagnosis hypotheses. Among the clinical data, we can quantify particular clinical data and neutral clinical data, however, as for those are not of particular, only transformed into particular ones, can they be meaningful to the evaluation of the diagnostic hypotheses.
