Study On Jin Deng Long Preparation And Its Biological Activity

Diabetes is a sort of hackneyed internal secretion, with arteriosclerosis, cardiovascular disease, kidney and much nervous system chronic illness. There are approximate 1.2 hundred million-diabetes patients all over the world. Diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer are called for three universal diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine prevent and cure diabetes and its deuteropathy by manifold active constituent applied to multi-system and multi-target points .At present, integrating pharmaceutical chemical composition and pharmacodynamics research ,we should screen out the effective fraction with the decreasing blood glucose activity .The most important problems which we should resolve are how to prevent and cure diabetics by traditional medicine.The two models of adrenalin-induced diabetic mice and alloxan-induced diabetic mice were used to screen out the effective fraction by different extracting methods .As the norm with blood glucose level in diabetic mice, the index of blood glucose was measured by glucoseoxidase method. It is indicated that the effective fraction with the decreasing blood glucose activity should be the substance that could be extracted in water and precipitated in the solution containing 75%ethyl alcohol.Orthogonal design experiments were used to screen out the best extracting process. The contents of luteolin in the samples were measured with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Therefore, the best extracting process on effective fraction of Physalis alkekeng L.Var francheti(Mast) Makino could be obtained . The best extracting process includes that six multiple water was put into ,the fruits were simmered three times and each lasts for an hour ,then the solution was concentrated and adjusted to contain 75% ethyl alcohol .At the same time ,the preparation process should be determined .The extracted substance should be made to the preparation.With spectrophotometry and HPLC methods , the content of all flavonoids and luteolin in the samples were measured .At the same time, luteolin was qualitatively identified by polyamide film Chromatography .The items of preparation should be inspected ,such as relative density ,PH and the difference of bottling.
