The Investigation Study On Related Factors With The Chronic Prostatitis Syndrome

Objective With the incidence rate of chronic prostatitis increasing year by year,we should pay attention to the relationship between the chronic Prostatitis Syndrome and related factors,such as bad living habit,spirit,psychology et al. By the epidemiological survey of some realted factors,such as bad living habit,spirit,psychology et al,we used three kinds of resreach ways,including the group of case to control study and the group of case to case control as well as methods of laboratory examination on patients with PS. Comparative analysis was done about the some detailed and complete related risk factors and some typical symptoms which obviously puzzled patients and doctors.We placed particular emphasis on the study for the psychological factor,which may be one of causes or clinical symptoms of chronic prostatitis,so as to provide a reference foundation for the cure and prevention of this kind disease effectively.Method The general data means and the individual questionnaire inventory were designed by us,which contained detailed content and relevant factors with chronic PS,for that we quoted the mental healthy measuring scale of self evaluation (SCL-90) . In three different grade medical establishments,the author and co-operaters performed individual case questionnaire investigation of those chronic prostatitis patients,who were requested to answer and fill in relevant questions actually. Then,according to the patients correlated physical inspection,aided inspection and laboratory examination,we finaly diagnosed and screened cases by traditional classifical method,and collected cases,and asked psychological mental doctors to help us grades,and established control group,and utilized statistical acknowledge. We discussed the relationship between the related factors and chronic PS,and draw the comparison and summary.Result It was living habit,occupation,sex life frequency,disposition characteristic,mental diathesis,cultural level,family background and environmentetc that faily influenced the PS patients. Course,medication,treatment,expense,unhealthy advertisement propaganda,explanation in superlatives of no special doctors would unintentionally cause patients mental pressure and even psychologic obstacle,which include anxiety,depression,fear,pessimism etc,which caused spirital drug resistance. The study of Berghuis and others indicated that psychological factor was one of causes that caused chronic prostatitis. By investigation and comparison as well as analysis,we think that psychological factor was not the reason that caused chronic prostatitis,but a kind of disease symptom,namely psychiatric symptom,which was resulted in by abnormal medical establishment,no special doctors,unregular course of treatment and unhealthy advertisement propaganda,which reversed to be a inducement that caused disease hard to cure,namely "spirital drug resistance".Conclusion Almost all of disease usually root in life,that have close something to do with life activities,social event and alive environment. The chronic prostatitis is not only a somatopathy (means organic disease),but also its development and evolution have close connection with mental activity,mental state,living habit and social environment. Good living habit,healthy habit,family environment,moderate sex life and active living manner will benefit the cure of PS and the prophylaxis of PS. If the symptom of PS patients were not in accordance with physical sign,we would adhibit the perception treatment,and make them know the disease itself correctly,and apply to psychological counseling treatment,and use medicine to control symptom,and help them overcome unhealthy habit and reinforce their confidence in defeating disease . Psychotherapy and an organic treatment are a important and active therapeutic tool which will cure the PS patients,as will promote the mental and body recovery of PS patients.
