The pathogenesis of psoriasis is still unknown, but immunity abnormality is an important factor. Recently in abroad some studis on NK-T cells have shown that innate immunity (nonspecific immunity) may play a novel role on the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Erythrocyte immunity is the most important part of innate immunity. Many diseases are related to abnormality of erythrocyte immunity. But now the related studies on erythrocyte immunity of psoriasis is not much but comprehensive and traditional methods is adopted concluding Rosette of RBC-C3b and RBC-IC .The results are different even contraductory, thus the view point is apt to the innate immune function of erythrocyte in patients with psoriasis is sthenic and turbulent .Since the concept of RBC immune system , the study of erythrocyte immunity gradually go deep into and hold more attention. Erythrocyte has not only respiratory function but also immune competence. It is clear that erythrocyte, as the largest quantity blood cells in circulation, express various innate immune recepter and substance. Such as CR1, CR3, CD44, CD58, CD59, DAF, chemcine recepter, play an important role in innate immune reaction and specific immune reaction of T, B lymphocytes, direct antigen selection and respone type in specific immunity, and participate in controling immunity. In1999, Guofeng revealed that erythrocytes in fresh blood quick native immune reaction on cancer cells was overwhelming, and established pertinent measure method. Recently, we have made great progress in research on the erythrocyte immunity in SLE, cancer, hepatitis, meanwhile we have found out that the immune function of erythrocyte in majority of immuno-related diseases drastically decreased. On the contrary, the past study of that the innate immune function of erythrocytes in patients with psoriasis was sthenic and turbulent differ from it greatly. The questions is that: 1. What is innate immune condition in patients with psoriasis? 2.Whether the expression of surface immunological molecular on erythrocytes is changeable, and whether it has an important effect on the pathogenesis of psoriasis. So far, there is no related study at home and abroad. Thisarticle studys the RBC immunological effect on pathogenesis of psoriasis from different aspects and levels by the RBC innate immune function in patients with psoriasis, the expression of CD35/CD59 molecular on erythrocytes and erythrocyte chemokine recepter. Studying deep into psoriatic innate immunity will help us to gain a comprehensive understanding of the disease, and explain mechanism of psoriasis from a particular point of view. PARTâ…  Study on Fresh Blood Cell Innate Immune Reaction in Patient with PsoriasisObjective To study fresh blood cell innate immune reaction in patient with psoriasis, and find the possible role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods To measure erythrocytes ,lymphocytes and neutrophils isolated from fresh blood quick native immune reaction on cancer cells. Results Rose rate of red cells and lymphocytes adhereing to cancer cell in patients with psoriasis was significantly higher than that of control group(p<0.01). Conclusion The results suggest that the fresh blood cell innate immune reaction in patients with psoriasis is sthenic.PARTâ…¡ A Related Study on Effects of Innate Immunal Molecular CD35/CD59 on Erythrocytes in Patients with Psoriasis Objective To study the changes of red blood cell(RBC) innate immune function and CD35(CR1)/CD59 on erythrocytes in patients with psoriasis, and find the possible role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods To measure erythrocytes isolated from fresh blood quick native immune reaction on cancer cells. To determine the expression of CD35/CD59 on fresh erythrocytes in patients with psoriasis by FCM. Results Rosette rate of red cells adhereing to cancer cell and the expression of CD35(CR1) on erythrocytes in patients with psoriasis was significantly higher than that in normal controls and cancer patients(p<0.05, p<0.001), and CD35 was positively...
