Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Treatment By Stages For Cerebral Infarction

Atherothrombotic brain infarction was common, multiple neurologic disease. In recent years, with the study of early pathological process of cerebral infarction and the presentation of ischemia penumbra, the theoretical basement on acupuncture early treated cerebral infarction was founded .The acupuncture had a better effect to convalescence of cerebral infarction, its mechanism needed to further study. In the spastic paralysis period of cerebral infarction, the effect of traditional wasn't good enough. This article mainly discussed acupuncture by stages to treat cerebral infarction to enhance the acupuncture effect, so as to significantly improve function of limbs.Method We selected 60 cases of cerebral infraction who were testified by CT or MRI.They were divided randomly into two groups which included by groups stages and contrast groups(30 cases in each group).Two series of patient's course > the degree of disease and the general condition was fundamental identity and insignificant, so that two series of patient had comparability.Acupunture groups by stages was divided into three periods according to clinical presentation and given different treatment plan. According to fifth editor <> contrast groups was acupunctured. Result Acupuncture groups by stages is superior to contrast groups on effect. Conclusion That acupuncture by stages treat cerebral infraction can enhance acupuncture effect, and was superior to contrast groups to improve function of limbs.
