The Research In Pharmocodynamics Of Total Alkaloids Of Uncaria Rhynchophylla(Miq.)Jacks

The renovascular hypertensive rats(RHR) and spontaneously hyper tensive rat (SHR) were given po the decotion of total alkaloids of Uncar ia rhychophylla (Tau mw) 30～7.5mg/kg and their blood pressure was observed by the method of caudal arterly indirectly messure . The result shows that Taumj can significantly decrease blood pressure of RHR and SHR and it can decrease blood pressure for over 8hr in once administion and keep exrent (fluctuate) over 14％ in continual administion. Taumj was doodenunly administened in anaestminetized dogs, and the were mean artery blood pressure ,left ventricular pressure(LVP),cardiac output(CO) were obs erved with powerlab. The result shows that Taumj obvious decreased heart rate(H R), significantly decreased mean arterial pressure(MAP ),left ventricularisystolic pressure (LVS P),±dp/dtmax,coronary resistance(CR), myocardial volume of oxygen index(MVOI) ,have decreased total peripheral res istance (TPR),CO, increase coronary blood flow(CBF) and myocardial blood flow (MBF),But it hadn't obviou s influence on left ventricular end diasto lic pressure(LVEDP),left ventricular w ork index(LVWI),cardiac in dex (CI),stroke index(SI),stroke volume(SV).
