DNA genetic marker identification is a new method based on theidentification of Chinese drug and molecular biology. Based on thegenetic identification of 5 animal drugs and compound recipe inarthropod, 5 parts are studied. They are the total DNA extracted ofthe drugs, the 18S rRNA genetic fragment studying of 5 animal drugs, the particular primer identification of 5 drugs, the genetic enzymecutting identification of 5 drugs and the particular primeridentification of the compound recipe. The results are as follows:(l) The studying of extraction indicates that the total DNA canbe extracted from the drugs well and purely by the means of thismethod.(2) The analysis of l8S rRNA genetic fragment sequenceindicates that 5 drugs have the near kinship, then the particularprimers can be designed from the genetic fragment sequence.(3) The result of particular primer identification shows the 5 pairprimers synthesized are all specific differentiated from 5 drugs.(4) By the EcoRlI enzyme cutting of 5 drugs, the geneticenzyme cutting method may be used the variety identification ofChinese medicine.(5) The particular primer identification may be used in thecompounds including partial or trace drugs, and the method isaccurate, scientific and confident.3opAtt&XkA owA ta{%4aikigteAtk6ArtThe dissertation studies the key identific techniques andmethods of drugs and compound recipe by using molecular biologicprinciple. The specific genetic identification in the arthropod drugs isdruged and used to control the variety and quantity of Chinese drug. The genetic identification is first used in the compound recipe.
