Vascular Endothelinal Growth Factor And Endothlin In Pulmonary Hypertension

[Objective] To explore the relationship between pulmonary hypertensionand cytokin (endothlin and vascular endothial growth factor )[Method] applying enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method todetect the content of VEGF in serum and radioimmunology to detect thecontect of ET in serum of chronic cor of pulmonary and congential heartdisease[Results] The mean level of VEGF and ET is respectively92.84+16.85,165.47+41.71.The mean level of VEGFand ET isrespectively 88.27+14+49,153.45+50.97.They are both higher than thenormal ( 48.81+15.26,52.07+6.72),p 0.05[Conclude] The lever of VEGF and ET in pulmonary hypertensionpatients was higher than the normal .there was positive correlatedbetween VEGF and pulmonary ttension ,also there was positive correlatedbetween ET and pulmonary tension .there is negative correlated betweenVEGF and oxygen tension ,there was nagative correlated between ETand oxygen tension .Postgraduate:WU XueLing(Respiratory speciality) Directed by QIN XiaoMei CHENG ZhaoZhong...
