Pineal Gland INOS And Its Apoptosis In HIBD Neonatal Rats

IObiectivel: We aimed to find out the relationship of iNOS in pineal gland cell apoptosis in I-IIBD neonatal rat. [Methodsj: 60 neonatal Wistar rats were involved. After right common carotid artery was ligated and kept in 8% 02 container for two and a half hours, their pineal gland were separated at 0, 24, and 48 hours respectively. INOS expressions TUNEL's apoptosis and electro- microscope morphologic changes were observed. [Resultj: Pineal gland INOS in FIIBD rat was significantly higher than that of control group at the early stage. Its apoptosis was markedly increased in HIBD group than that of control group at 0, 24 hours. The morphologic changes in early stage were also obvious. [Conclusionj: Pineal gland iNOS expression in J7JIBD neonatal rat was increasing at the early stage, which may promote the apoptosis and play an important role in its morphologic changes.
