Objective: (1)To investigate the changes of bone, mineral metabolism and bone mineral density (BMD) in 78 Grave's patients,(2) To ivestigate the relationship between serum interleukin-6(IL-6),soluble LL-6 receptor(Sgp-8O, Sgp-130)and bone metabolism in 78 patients with Graves Disease (GD) Method: (1) BMD was measured using DEXA, the sex and age were matched with the normal of the control group;(2) Serum interleukin-6 was measured using radioimmunoassay , soluble IL- 6 receptor was measured using a high seasitivity sandwich enzyme-linked immunoassay , bone mineral density (BMD) was measured using DXA, the sex and age were matched with the normals of the control group Results: (1)The levels of plasma calcium of untreated group, partial-remission group and remission group were not higher than those of the controls(P>O.05);the levels of the plasma phosphorus, the plasma bone GLA protein(BGP) and urinary excretion of hydroxy proline of untreated group and partial-remission group were much higher than those of remission group and controls(P
