The Applied Research of Vasodilator Agents in Cold Perfusion Solution of Non-heart-beating Offering Liver Fan Zhen, Gu Wanqing, Li Nan, et al, General Hospital of PLA.Beijing .100853 P.R.China FAbstractl Objective To provide theoretical evidences for vasodilator agents chosen in cold perfusion solution of non-heart-beating offering liver by comparing the effect on vasodilator agents in cold perfusion solution improving offering liver microcirculation. Methods: With laser scanning confocal microscope, measure the distribution of the perfusion solution in liver after the rat offering liver has gone through warm ischemia and cold perfusion, compare the effects of magnesium sulfate, procaine, lidocaine, isoprenaline and the normal-temperature solution with the cold perfusion solution on improving the rat offering liver microcirculation.,and then compare the effects of the combination of six kinds of medicine (magnesium sulfate, procaine, lidocaine, isoprenaline, sodium nitroprusside and papaverine), Results: The effects of the cold perfusion solution with magnesium sulfate, procaine, lidocaine, isoprenaline on improving microcirculation are equal to the effect of normal-temperature solution. Of the four kinds of vasodilator agents, the perfusional effect of magnesium sulfate(Smmol/L) or lidocaine(6Omg%) is preferred on the surface of the liver and inside it. .In the combination of six kinds of medicine (magnesium sulfate, procaine, lidocaine, isoprenaline, sodium nitroprusside and papaverine),only magnesium sulfate and isoprenaline have distinct correlation; magnesium sulfate(4OnimolIL) together with isoprenaline(2Oug%) can make the best effect on the surface and the inner parter of the offering liver. Conclusion The best vasodilator agent in cold perfusion solution of non-heart-bct~ting offering liver is magnesium sulfate (Smmol/L) or lidocaine(6Omg%). Magnesium suIfa~e(40mrnol/L) together with isoprenaline(20ug04) can make the best effect on improving the microcurculation of the offering liver after warm ischemia and cold perfusion among the different combinations at the six kinds of medicine.
