Method: The indexes e.g. PYLL \SPYLL. Rate of SPYLL. AYLL. SAYLL. FWYLL wascalculated fOr the major cause of death. Multiple factors thatmight influent the silicosis mortality were analyzed byuncondition logistic regression. Result: As for the index ofPYLL, tubercuIosis is the major cause of death that make thenumber of PYLL highest among the I stage of silicosis. Thesecond is Silicosis worsen .The third one is the cause of lungcancer. Silicosis worsen is the first cause of death for IIstage' IIl stage silicosis. The second one is tuberculosis. Forthe all silicosis suffers, beside silicosis worsen, pulmonarytuberculosis is the major cause of death that inake the numberof PYLL and FWYLL highest. As for the index AYLL and theRate of SPYLL, the tllnneling workers' is the highest amongall types of worker in production. The second one is2pulmonary tuberculosis. Multiple factor logistic regression equation shows: convalescent and timely leaving dust are safeguard factors benefiting to the worker?s health .The factors e.g. type of work in production ~. the type of stage of the first visit to hospitaL. the complication of pulmonary tuberculosis are harmful to silieosis suffers. Conclusion: Henceforth, intervention should be focus on the tunneling silicosis suffers. The three prevention should emphasis on studying specific drug of treating silicosis and tuberculosis~. control pulmonary tuberculosis timely leaving dust. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | PYLL, SPYLL, AYLL, FWYLL, Logistic regression, Silicosis, Mortality | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
