As we all know, the problems of bioenergy and bioinformation transfer are the most elementary and important in the life science. In 1973, A. S. Davydov studied bioenergy transfer, and proposed the famous Davydov theory, which explained bioenergy in detail. Afterwards, many scientists have found many questions about the theory through examining it. Therefore, lots of scientists try to improve this theory, of which Professor Pang Xiao-Feng did greatly. This paper presents the results in the field of bioenergy, and introduces Davydov theory and the improved theory by Professor Pang Xiao-Feng in detail. Also, the dynamic equations have been derived from the improved theory, according to which the numerical simulations for the comprehensive factors to disturb the bioenergy in the protein molecular systems have been done. These researches include disorder of the protein molecular structure, temperature effect in vivo and all these factors. Finally, better results have been acquired than before.
