The Effects Of XZTP On The Expression Of Whole Blood Platele Membrane Adhesion Molecules And The Way Of Nitric Oxide In Migraineurs

Object: To investigate the pathogenesis of migraineurs and the curative effect of Xin Zhengtian Pill(XZTP). Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of whole blood platelet membrane adhesion molecules (CD4 1 and CD62P)in migraineurs groups with the blood stasis type and without the blood stasis type during the periods of ictal , interim and after XZTP therapy. The effects of L-arginine and cGMP to platelet membrane adhesion molecules in vitro was observed in migraineurs groups and control groups. The amount of NO and cGMP in platelet and plasma of migraineurs and control groups ~vere tested by NO test kit and cGMP test kit. Results: (1) The expression of whole blood platelet membrane adhesion molecules were increased that in migraineurs with the blood stasis type and without the blood stasis type during the periods of ictal and interim comparing with the control groups. XZTP could lowered the expression of CD41 and CD62P (P<0. 01) in migraineurs during the periods of ictal and interim. (2) L-arginine and cGMP could lowered the expression of CD4 1 and CD62P(P<0.Ol)in all groups. The expression of the adhesion molecules no remarkably difference compared L-arginine with cGMP in all groups. (3) The amount of NO and cGMP in the plasma of migraineurs with the blood stasis type during the periods of ictal and interim higher than that in the normal control groups (NO.01 ).The amount of NO in the plasma of migraineurs without the blood stasis type during the periods of ictal higher the control groups ,but the mount of cGMP in the plasma of migraineurs without the blood stasis type no remarkably difference compared with the control groups . The amount of NO and cGMP in the platelet of migraineurs with the blood stasis type and without the blood stasis type during the periods of ictal higher than that in the control groups (P<0.0 1). (4) The content of NO and cGMP in the plasma and platelet of migraineurs were lower remarkable after the therapy of XZTP. Conclusion: So we concluded that the activation of platelet maybe the pathogenesis of migraineurs. XZTP have cured migraine maybe through the way that inhibitted the activation of platelet.
