Experimental Study Of Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet On Anti-Atherosclerosis And Clinical Study On Lipometabolism In Hyperlipoidemia

In this study, we examined the mechanism of Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet on anti-atherosclerosis through experiment study and the effect on Lipometabolim in hyperlipoidemia through clinical study. Experimental study --The effect of Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet on Serum Lipid, Nitric oxide (NO), Lipid Peroxide in rabbits with experimental Method Thirty-two mate Newzealand white rabbits were divided into two groups at random in the experiment. A was control by feeding the normal chow. B was established by feeding the cholsterol and lipid contained food for 8 weeks. 8 weeks later , two of B were drawn randomly, killed, to select aorta verify the formation of atherosclerotic initial plaque. Then again divided into C(the mould group), D (the Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet group), E(the zocor group). After administration for 4 weeds, 8 ml blood was obtained from each animal for determination of Serum Lipid, Nitric oxide, Lipid Peroxide and pathomorpholigical examinition (heart aorta) were carried out. Results Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet could obviously inhibit the increase of serum Total cholesterol (TC), Triglyceride (TG), Low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), Malonliadehyde (MDA) value and the redution of the activity of Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and NO. There was a signficant difference between Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet group and zocor group on serum TG value and the activity of SOD(p0.2). (2)In Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet group, the effective rate of serum TC, TG, HDL-C, Al were 82.8%, 87.5%, 60%, 66.7%. There were no significant difference between two groups in TC, HDL-C,AI(p>O.05). But the effective rate of TG in treated group was higher than that in Zocor group (pO.l). (4)It was found that two groups were same effective in the treatment of mixed hyperlipoidemia, hypercholesterolemia, low-high-density lipoprotein (p>0.3),but Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet was more effective in the treatment of hypertriglycerdemia than Zocor(p<0.05). (5)There were no significant difference in decreasing the levels of serum TC, LDL-C, AL, TC/HDL-C between two groups, but the effect of Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet was better than that of Zocor in the of TG(p<0.05). Conclusion The results show that Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet has more obvious effect in treating aged primary hyperlipoidemia.
