Purpose To prepare the compound of BMP, HA, RBM and PS, and to determine its osteoinductivity.Method:Six kinds of implantantions were obtained(A:RBM;B:compound of FS and RBM;C: compound of FS,HA and RBM;D: compound of PS and HA;E: compound of BMP, HA, RBM and PS.) ;and then its were implanted into the muscle pounches in the post high of rat. The bone formation was evaluated by histological observation and determination of alkaline phosphatase activity after 1,2 and 4 weeks of operation. Results:There were much more new cartilage and bone formation in group with E implantation than other groups.ALP activity was the highest in group with E implantation among group. Conclusion: The compound of BMP,IIA, RBM and PS possesses much high osteoinductive potential.
