There is much international culture communication. The medicine communication of China and oversea in 1912-1949 had significantly influenced on the establishment of Fujian and national medicine network, and such exchange foundationally determined the reform and development of traditional Chinese medicine.The article is an analysis about the sino-foreign medicine exchange of the Republic of China period(1912-1949)through thorough search of reference > historical case and people interview. This article focuses on the sino-foreign exchange of the Republic of China period, describing according to time sequence the background of modem medicine transmission into China. The debate about traditional Chinese medicine, oversea Chinese contribution for Chinese medicine communication and drugs trade in that time. The purpose of this analysis is to find out the characteristics of medicine in special region under special economic political surroundings and show their historical and realistically profound instruction for improvement of Fujian healthy service.
