It is study investigated the syntheses of chitooligosaccharides Schiff base metal complexes(S-COS-M) and chitooligosaccharides Schiff base phosphonate (S-COS-P) under the irradiation of microwave. By the pharmaceutical-type infection in non-system infected tobacco (Xanthi-NN, and N.glutinosa) plants inoculated TMV, the best agents of S-COS-M and S-COS-P were screened, and the regulation of chlorophyll and defense enzymes of the best agents in system infected tobacco (K326 and Yuyan 5th) plants inoculated TMV were studied. The results showed that:Syntheses of S-COS-M and S-COS-P:1. S-COS-M and S-COS-P were synthesized from chitooligosaccharides with substituted salicylaldehyde and metal ion or diethyl phosphite using microwave radiation. Their structures were confirmed by UV, IR, elemental analysis, ICP spectroscopy and thermal stability analysis. Compared with conventional synthesis methods, MW-assisted synthesis possesed such advantages as time-saving, easy temperature-controlling, easy operation, less pollution. It is a green synthesis method. Induced resistance to TMV of S-COS-M and S-COS-P:2. The experiments showed that: (1) the anti-TMV effects of 30 S-COS-M agents wereinvestigated by half leaf method on Xanthi-NN, and the best agent was 3,5-dichloro- salicylaldehyde chitooligosaccharides Schiff base copper(â…¡), whose preventive effect of the inhibition rate reached 78.86%, treatment to achieve 44.09%; (2) the anti-TMV effects of 5 S-COS-P agents were investigated by whole leaf method on N.glutinosa, and the best agent was 5-bromosalicylaldehyde chitooligosaccharides Schiff base phosphonate, whose preventive effect of the inhibition rate reached 90.79%.Resistance mechanisms of 3,5-dichloro-salicylaldehyde chitooligosaccharides Schiff base copper (â…¡) and 5-bromosalicylaldehyde chitooligosaccharides Schiff phosphonate:3. The experiments showed that: (1)the chlorophyll content of TMV infected leaves decreased dramatically in the early stage, and the chlorophyll a content had a larger decline. Compared with inoculated control, the chlorophyll content of the treatment which spraying 3,5-dichloro-salicylaldehyde chitooligosaccharides Schiff base copper (â…¡) and 5-bromosalicylaldehyde chitooligosaccharides Schiff phosphonate increased slightly in later stage.(2)Compared with the inoculated control, the SOD, CAT, POD activies of the treatment which spraying 3,5-dichloro-salicylaldehyde chitooligosaccharides Schiff base copper (â…¡) and 5-bromosalicylaldehyde chitooligosaccharides Schiff phosphonate were significantly improved at different stages. The treatment which spraying 3,5-dichloro-salicylaldehyde chitooligosaccharides Schiff base copper (â…¡) also brought forward the CAT activity reached its maximum.(3)Compared with the inoculated control, both the treatment which spraying 3,5-dichloro-salicylaldehyde chitooligosaccharides Schiff base copper (â…¡) and 5-bromosalicylaldehyde chitooligosaccharides Schiff phosphonate were significantly improved at different stages. |
