Study On Seed Developing Physiological Characteristics Of Tilia Miqueiana

Through the research of physical property changes, seed coat and endosperm structure changes,endosperm material changes of Tilia miqueiana seed developmental process, physiological characteristics of during was studied.The results were showed as follows:1. Tilia miqueiana seed developmental process can be divided into three phase:histo-differentiation, cell increases and mature dehydration, accord with the traditional theory. Nutrients accumulation in the endosperm mainly happened at 50 DAF, the development of embryo was started at 35 DAF, completed at 65 DAF.2. Thickness of seed coat obviously added, middle seed coat was growed into woodiness fiber structure during the during developmental process.3. Storage matters in the endosperm mainly were carbohydrates, proteins and fats,all of that were increased during developmental process.4. Embden-Meyerhof pathway and Tricarboxlic acid cycle were main respiratory ways during the seed developmental process, weakened at the later period of developmental process, Pentose Phosphated pathway was increased at the later period of developmental process.5.The concents of IAA,GA3and ZR all decreased or invarianted when seeds matured, the concents of ABA was increased during the seed developmental process.6. Environmen have big influences to the Tilia miqueiana seed development, especially at the cell increases period.7. The best harvest time of Tilia miqueiana seeds was early October,when the seed fully matured.
