The Ginkgo agroforestry models in origins are quite different. It affects the sustainability of Ginkgo agroforestry development. Especially in the soil, there are obviously differences in soil conditions. In this paper, three Ginkgo agroforestry models and two contrast models have been studied in soil nutrient elements, soil enzyme activities and soil carbon pools at XIQIAO TAIXIN city, in order to evaluate the ecological and economic benefits of Ginkgo agroforestry, and reach the following conclusions:1 The G+M, G+W+S, G+R+S models are better than G and W+S models in soil enzyme activities except invertase activity, and the soil enzyme activities decrease as the soil profile going down.2 Different models of Fe and Co in soil is same, the models with ginkgo's soil of Ca, Mg, Mo is less than pure agriculture model, while Zn, Mn and Cu is higher than it. Ca, Mg and Mn increase with the decline in the profile, while Fe and Cu in soil decrease in the distribution and increase in the bottom, and the Zn decrease with the decline in the profile.3 The models with ginkgo soil organic carbon, microbial carbon, vertical distribution carbon, dissolved organic carbon content higher than the pure agricultural model, soil organic carbon and dissolved organic carbon decreased as the soil profiles going down, while vertical distribution carbon in the soil increase at depth .4 The soil vertical distribution carbon in the soil can be higher in winter and summer, lower in spring and fall; the higher content of Soil microbial carbon, organic carbon and dissolved organic carbon in the fall, however, the microbial carbon is lower in the spring, and the soil dissolved organic carbon is lower in the summer.5 Correlation analysis showed: the soil dehydrogenase activity and polyphenol oxidase activity, vertical distribution carbon, Co; catalase activity and invertase activity, soluble organic carbon, and Fe; invertase activity and dissolved organic carbon carbon; polyphenol oxidase and vertical distribution carbon, Co, organic carbon and Mo, Zn; dissolved organic carbon and Fe; microbial carbon and Mn; Mo and Zn are highly significantly positively connected .
